Singer Kelly Rowland arrives at the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on February 10, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.

Kelly Rowland didn't pay much mind to CBS' memo about appropriate attire. When the singer walked the red carpet at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards in L.A. Feb. 10, the 32-year-old wore a risque Georges Chakra Couture dress that featured strategically placed cutouts on her cleavage, thighs and midriff.

In an e-mail previously obtained by Deadline, the network forbade the show's attendees from wearing provocative outfits. "Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples," it read. "Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure."

Rowland was asked about defying CBS' warning backstage at Sunday's show. "It's so funny! I thought about the dress code and thought about it again, and that's about it," said the singer, who accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. "I respect. See, I wore clothes!"

The "Kisses Down Low" singer also chatted about reuniting with her Destiny's Child bandmates Beyonce and Michelle Williams during the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show. "I cannot begin to tell you how much fun that was," Rowland told reporters. "It felt really good to look on the other side of the stage and Beyonce and Michelle were there when we were walking in for 'Bootylicious.' It was just such a beautiful moment and I miss those moments with my sisters — it was incredible. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. It was hard to keep that damn secret, oh my God!"

The trio will not be hitting the road anytime soon, Rowland clarified. "I can't say anything about a possible tour," she explained. "If something like that comes up in conversation — it hasn't — but we'll see what happens."

Beyonce, after all, has quite a busy year ahead of her. In addition to kicking off the The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour April 15 in Belgrade, Serbia, the "Love on Top" singer has a 13-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, to raise with husband Jay-Z.

"She is a wonderful mother," Rowland said of Knowles, 31. "I'm so proud of her and [Blue] is such a beautiful reflection of her parents, definitely."
