Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Threaten Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit Against Security Guard

“The West family will no longer tolerate the spreading and selling of fake stories in a desperate, transparent and shameless attempt for publicity at their expense,” the rep tells Us in a statement. “As such, the Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense.”

Stanulis — who first worked for Yeezy during New York Fashion Week in February and then for a few days leading up to the 2016 Met Gala on May 2, according to the New York Daily News — chatted with the NYDN and several other publications about the time he spent with West and Kardashian.

In his interview with the NYDN, Stanulis alleged that he was fired after the “Famous” hitmaker, 38, thought he was flirting with Kardashian, 35. The aspiring actor also claimed that West exhibited bizarre behavior during his time working for the mom and dad of North, 2, and Saint, 5 months.

A source close to Kardashian and West tells Us that Stanulis, who has previously worked for Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire, “was never fired, nor was he ever employed full time.”

According to a letter about the lawsuit, Stanulis violated a confidentiality agreement by speaking out about West and Kardashian. This isn’t the first time the powerhouse pair have taken legal action against someone who has violated such a contract. When YouTube cofounder Chad Hurley secretly filmed and released a clip of West’s proposal to Kardashian at AT&T Park in San Francisco in 2014, they sued Hurley, who was forced to pay the couple $440,000.
