Kim Kardashian Teases Nude Selfie After Losing All the Baby Weight: ‘Get Ready’

Never fear, nude selfie aficionados! Kim Kardashian reassured fans during an interview at the #BlogHer16 conference on Friday, August 5, that she has a post-baby nude selfie in the works.

“Have I posted a nude selfie since I lost all my baby weight?” the 35-year-old reality star teased the audience, according to Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t think so. Get ready.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been very vocal about her struggles to lose weight following the birth of her 8-month-old son, Saint, last December. After months of careful documentation, however, Kardashian said she’s ready to show off her whopping 70-pound weight loss.

“[I post nude selfies] because I feel good about myself,” she said. “You can just get so caught up in not wanting to be motivated, so I made it a really important thing for my confidence and for me to feel good.”

Asked whether she considers herself a feminist for so readily putting her naked body on display via social media, the mother of two gave an unexpected answer.

“I don’t like labels. I just think I do what makes me happy and I want women to be confident and I’m so supportive of women,” she said. “I love to support other women. But I’m not the free-the-nipple type of girl.” (Kardashian’s good friend Chrissy Teigen famously went on a social media crusade to normalize nipples on Instagram last summer.)

Earlier this year, Kardashian took home the first-ever Break the Internet Award at the annual Webby Awards on May 16, and promised fans that she’ll continue to share nude selfies in the face of controversy.

“When I post something, whether it’s a nude selfie or something [else], I don’t post it trying to get a reaction,” she said Friday. “I post it because I like the photo. Sometimes I laugh. Like, I can’t even believe this photo’s getting a reaction. Haven’t they seen this a million times?”
