Patricia Voorhies, mother of Saved by the Bell alum Lark Voorhies, has filed a restraining order against her daughter’s new husband, Jimmy Green, TMZ reports.

According to the site, Patricia has been granted a temporary restraining order which states Green must stay 100 yards away from her and her home. Patricia claims that ever since marrying Lark this past April, Green has been sleeping at her home and arguing with her — despite a previous agreement they had made which had Green retreating to his own home at night. TMZ reports that Patricia reportedly once found Green asleep in her closet, and after waking him up, Green allegedly yelled: “You motherf—king woke me up, ain’t that a bitch.”

Patricia also reportedly claims in her documents that her daughter is mentally and emotionally fragile.

As previously reported, Lark, 41, and Green secretly married in Las Vegas. Following the news of their discreet wedding vows, allegations against the reported gang member have surfaced.

For one, TMZ reports that Green is wanted in Arizona after a 2012 incident in which he allegedly threatened to kill a store owner.

"We are obviously concerned about the allegations and we are looking into the matter," Voorhies' rep Jennifer Wolfson previously told Us Weekly. "Lark feels these allegations are not true and would like this cleared up as soon as possible."
