Exclusive: Lawyer: Josh Duhamel "Bragged About" Fling With Stripper
As Fergie's #1 single goes, big girls don't cry. Of adultery allegations involving actor husband Josh Duhamel and a stripper, a pal tells Us, "Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, 'Awesome!'" Adds another in the latest issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now), "Josh told her it didn't happen, and she believes him."
Yet a lawyer for the same Atlanta exotic dancer who claims she had a one-night stand with Duhamel has passed a lie-detector test and is in possession of racy texts from the Transformers star that corroborate the affair, Us Weekly reports.

Attorney Romin Alavi tells Us that his client, Nicole Forrester -- a 34-year-old mother of two -- didn't seek out the the National Enquirer (which offered her $20,000 for the story) in hopes of a payday.
"Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. "The Enquirer then came to Nicole."
The new Us Weekly also reports how various women across the country have now come forth to claim their own dubious sexcapades with Duhamel, 37.

During San Francisco's JV on Wild 94.9 radio show on Oct. 30, a woman named Serena called in to say that while the then-engaged actor was filming the Transformers sequel at a New Mexico Air Force base in 2008, he slept with her best friend who was stationed there.
"She also said she knew two other people whom he hooked up with," the program's producer, Jon Manuel, tells Us Weekly.

Duhamel's lawyer vehemently denies all the claims, and Fergie seems to be standing by his side ... for now.
"We know the story is bulls--t," Taboo, her Black Eyed Peas bandmate, tells Us Weekly. "When you're as famous as Fergie and Josh, people are going to say stuff."

I totally 100% agree with Taboo. People out there would say anything to get that 15 minute of fame. These two people, Fergie and Josh, have a great relationship and their marriage is going so well and that stripper just wants her fame no matter what it costs. Fergie should know in her gut whether he did or not. Its between them and no one else. The paparazzi and tabloids should stop with their bullcrap and leave them alone.
one more thing... the stripper states that found out who Josh was the night she met him, that he was indeed, Married. She chose to get into that mess herself. She could have walked away. Choosing to have an affair with a high profile married man, she should expect some lashing in the public eye. Even if she wasn't a stripper the media would still seek her out, and rip on her. Fans love this couple. If she really didn't want attention, she should have just layed low, let the 'story' run and denied it.
I hate to say it, but I think it's true. We have an image of what we think famous people are like. It's all a farse really. Who they are in their private lives is not what we think. I think he is a normal guy, who made a poor poor choice while out drinking with buddies on location. It's not far fetched. Guys don't cheat to fall in love. Dude what a liar! I don't believe a word that comes out of her mouth except "ya know" cause that's all she kept saying... I knew the stripper years ago. She was married to a friend of mine. I was at their wedding. Before the divorce, he paid for her her boobs. She had more steretch marks and acne scars than anyone I have every seen. He must have been really deperate to be with her.
