Exclusive: Matthew McConaughey Loses $500 Football Bet to Jamey Johnson

Matthew McConaughey can't win 'em all!

For the third year in a row, the 42-year-old actor lost his running bet with country music singer Jamey Johnson, 36. The "High Cost of Living" musician correctly predicted Alabama would win the National Championship Game on Monday, beating McConaughey's No. 1 ranked LSU. Final score: 21-0.

"Jamey may be hot right now, but I will get him," McConaughey -- who recently proposed to Camila Alves -- tells Us Weekly.

Per tradition, the loser will donate $500 to the winner's charity of choice. Johnson first chose Gambler's Anonymous, who decided not to accept McConaughey's money.
