Lindsay Lohan has a new player to add to her Parent Trap mix, after her father Michael Lohan recently became a married man again. The actress, 28, found herself a new stepmother in Michael's second wife, Kate Major.
Major, 32, married Michael, 54, in Florida in October. "Yes, I can happily confirm that Michael and I were married last month," the bride tells Us Weekly.
The pair first got engaged in April 2010, before splitting and later reconciling after Michael did a stint on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. The newlyweds welcomed their first child together, son Landon, in January 2013.
"It was a beautiful, small ceremony and reception afterward," a source tells Us of the nuptials. "Kate and Michael purposely wanted it private as they await the arrival of their second child together."
The new Mrs. Lohan announced earlier this year that she is pregnant again. She is expecting the baby in the coming months.
While they will soon be expanding their family, the two stars were not joined at their wedding by Michael's children with his first wife Dina Lohan. However, the insider tells Us it was not due to bad blood, adding, "The other kids are doing great and talk to their dad all the time! There's no drama whatsoever!"
