On Tuesday, the reality star, 31, was photographed for the first time in several days leaving a studio in Los Angeles. Although Kardashian failed to crack a smile, she stunned with a perfectly made-up face, white t-shirt and a black blazer with prominent shoulder pads.

Kardashian is no doubt struggling with estranged husband Kris Humphries' recent legal move -- the NBA star, 26, seeks to annul their 72-marriage on the grounds of "fraud."
But a pal close to the star tells Us Kardashian initially discussed the possibility of an annulment (versus a divorce) with Humphries -- but he said no.

"Kim just wants it to be over and done with and move on," the source says. "She doesn't want a battle, she wants to leave this drama behind."
And, indeed, Kardashian was upbeat on Twitter Tuesday night -- tweeting about music (So many good albums out right now! I want to tweet so many song lyrics but I can't :-( you guys might read into it too deep! LOL) and her struggle take off a pair tight-fitting boots.

Kris is probably doing the ANNULMENT cuz he can work the lawyer fees into Kim's camp, OR DIVORCE might be too long a haul, and very COSTLY. He is a boy in a males GROWN UP body. Not matured to the MAX at all. I don't think that he even knows what LOVE IS. pROBABLY HE THINKS IT IS HAVINGsex ONLY is love. You can LOVE someone, like your dog,horse,cat,bird fish, etc. But being IN LOVE is a different scenario, and he has himself in a BIG HOLE of DOUBT. Kim is keeping herself at a MINIMUM with her appearances, and I don't kno how she can STAND te papparazzi ALWAYS there at the door.
