Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez caused quite a commotion when the 19-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star was photographed wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger Wednesday. Though many media outlets wondered if Bieber, 17, had indeed popped the question, Gomez's rep tells Us Weekly: "She is not engaged."

The young couple is, ironically, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a wedding -- just not theirs. According to TMZ, Gomez is a bridesmaid in costume designer Shannon Larossi's wedding. The two met on the Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place.

Though Bieber hasn't made an honest woman out of Gomez yet, it may not be far off in the future.

"If the time is right, I definitely want to be married by 25," he told Women's Wear Daily in September. "[But] I'm not looking to get married now."
