So long, Leonardo DiCaprio! Rihanna has been hooking up with soccer star Karim Benzema, sources confirm to Us Weekly. The “American Oxygen” songstress and Real Madrid player, both 27, first stepped out together in New York City for an early breakfast date at 24-hour diner Coppelia on June 2.
Rihanna, who is a huge soccer fan, reportedly first reached out to the stud during the 2014 World Cup.
After their NYC date, the pair reunited in Los Angeles at hot spot Hooray Henry’s on Monday, June 9. After exiting the club, Benzema even bought RiRi roses!
But don’t expect Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend to take the next step with Benzema. Sources tell Us the singer is simply having fun with the soccer stud. “They’re definitely hooking up,” an insider tells Us, adding it’s not that serious. “She’s not officially dating him,” another source explains.
Prior to hitting it off with Benzema, Rihanna was cuddling up to DiCaprio, who helped her ring in her 27th birthday this past February.
