Robert Earl Shares Lobster Mac and Cheese Recipe From Robert Earl’s Be My Guest

Robert Earl, founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood International, has been cooking up some seriously tasty dishes lately on his Cooking Channel show, Robert Earl’s Be My Guest. In celebration of the show’s success, the Cooking Channel will be running a primetime marathon on Feb. 28. 

This lobster mac and cheese comfort dish from trendy restaurant CATCH NYC, was recently featured on Earl’s show. The chef gave Us a look at the easy recipe, prepared for two.

Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

4 oz cooked lobster claw and tail mixed, chopped

8 oz lobster cream

8 oz cooked elbow macaroni, cooked al dente

Lobster Cream

1 qt intense lobster stock

1 white onion sliced thin

8 oz tomato paste

2 roasted garlic bulbs  

8 oz white wine

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 qt heavy cream

1. Mix extra virgin olive oil, white onions, and tomato paste in a sauce pot over medium heat for five minutes while continuously stirring.

2. Add white wine and cook until all the way reduced. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and reduce over medium heat by half.

3. In sauce pot, add cooked macaroni and heat until boiling. Lower heat until sauce is reduced and the pasta is hot.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
