A true Texas baby!
As previously reported, Tony Romo's wife Candice Crawford gave birth to their first child, son Hawkins Crawford Romo, in Texas on Monday. (Born at 5:30, the football baby weighed in at 8 lbs. 8 oz.)
"The entire family was there," a source tells Us Weekly of the happy birth. That included Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford, Candice's 26-year-old brother. (Coincidentally, Chace's pregnancy comedy What to Expect When You're Expecting, comes out next month!)
And little Hawkins is already a chip off the old block, adds the source. "The baby looks like Tony!"
Former beauty queen and TV personality Candice, 25, is "doing great," the source adds. "Everyone couldn't be happier."
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Romo, 31, wed Crawford in May 2011, and they announced their pregnancy in October. As it happens, Romo's famous ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson (they dated from late 2007 to summer 2009) is also awaiting the birth of her very first child — a little girl — later this month.
