It all makes sense! An old video of a young Vin Diesel breakdancing back in the '80s has gone viral after it was posted Monday, May 18, to Reddit.
"Holy crap," Reddit user agnosgnosia wrote in the post. "This is actually Vin Diesel breakdancing in the 80s."
The clip features the Furious 7 actor sporting a full head of hair (!!!) and performing a dance routine with a pal to the tune of "Return of the B-Boy" by The Pharcyde. Both youngsters wear matching headbands, fresh tracksuits, and white kicks as they mimic each other in their breakdance repertoire.
The best part of the footage is the future Guardians of the Galaxy star, now 47, doing the worm and wiggling his way across the floor. The throwback video has been on YouTube since 2006, garnering more than a million-plus hits, and the actor had to sit through a showing of it again last April on Live! With Kelly and Michael.
"That was the real thing," the sheepish star and former New Yorker joked with Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan. "And this was back in the '80s. Yeah, I used to breakdance in Columbus Circle. I used to breakdance at Washington Square Park. That was my first gig."
Watch above!
