Kim Kardashian Admits to Getting Botox!

Except for a little Botox, Kim Kardashian says she's 100% all natural.
In an interview for ABC News' Nightline airing Monday night, the 29-year-old star -- along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mom Kris Jenner -- confronts the plastic surgery rumors head on.

"I'm totally not against plastic surgery," she explains to reporter Cynthia McFadden. "I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."
"I've never had my nose done," she clarifies.
Adds her mom Kris: "None of us have had our nose done."
Still, Kim admits: "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done . . . I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't -- I wouldn't look the same."

"Trust me honey," she jokes. "if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done."
One Kardashian who did have work done: big sister Kourtney, 30. "I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less," said Kourtney. The new mom jokes: "My boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding" baby Mason, 5 months.
