She’s slaying it—with classiness!

The Saved by the Bell alum, 41, who’s expecting her second child with husband Brady Smith, kicked off her mini-tour by hosting a cooking demonstration at the 2015 Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival on Sunday, Feb. 22.

Her choice ensemble for the occasion included a classic striped Splendid “Long Sleeve Maternity Dress” ($138, Apeainthepod.com), which she paired with leather gladiator sandals, a berry lip, and a tousled side braid.

Two days later, Thiessen, who gloriously reunited with her SBTB castmates on Feb. 4, made her way up to NYC, where, clad in the maroon Tart Collections “Judith Maternity Dress” ($97, TartCollections.com) with short leather sleeves and matching suede booties, she visited SiriusXM Studios and the Today show.

From there, the White Collar actress motored to the AOL BUILD Speaker Series that same day, and she changed once more. Still loving those timeless shift dresses with leather sleeves, Thiessen slipped into Twenty Tees “Short Sleeve Leather Trim Maternity Dress,” ($65, Apeainthepod.com), the least expensive choice—but no less trendy—of the lot.

While on Today that morning, Thiessen shared, “Cooking has always been something that I love to do.” And, she says, it runs in the family: “My mom cooks, my grandmother cooks, my aunt cooks. I just love to cook for my family, and I love to cook for my friends.”

But she did have a warning for co-host Willie Geist: “If you come to my house, I’m going to put you to work!”
