Good morning, I did not know that bit of information about the script Kevin Cosner was going to tailor for Princess Diana and he received the draft in 1997 the day before she died. I think her being a movie star and a Princess in the eyes of Prince Charles,right, would have clashed. Her presence was for England and it's not the Movie industry. From what I remember reading in the media she was a gentle, generous and kind person. Whitney character and Cosner character never got to an affair but Princess Diana character would? The Paprazzi is always a step ahead of everyone in getting information and so do you really think it was just a coincidence she died after he got the draft. Was there sorta already an affair in a sense going on, and then we find that Prince Charles(hope I got his name and title correct) also has a mistress that he marries after divorcing Princess Diana? Too many people are taking real life individuals and their lives and abusing them just to make money and a name for themselves. It might have all been a setup so her life would be taken before she had another life. We will never know what goes on in marriages of celebrities!

I absolutely hated the top of her dress. The bottom was so gorgeous. Charles married her to bear children for the throne. Diana was not faultless either. She had her affairs. He was too old for her to begin with.

Camilla broke up the marriage, this is so ridiculos. If anyone, than Charles "broke up". Camilla always was the one, bt he wasnt't allowed to marry her, because she isn't of royalty. So they chose the naive 19-year old Lady Spencer, and Charles obeyed, and this was a terrible mistake. Dianas fate, the furious british people and the public pressure had the effect, that a touch of fresh air came into the house of Widsor, and William wasn't forced to share Charles' sad lovelife. Other royal houses, even the very traditional Spanish royal family, meanwhile had to accept their crown prince and princesses choice, and when you look at Charles and Camilla today, it is so clear, that they were made for each other. She understands and accepts him, likes the country life and shares his passion for environmental causes, biological agriculture and architecture. William and Harry do like her, WIlliam once said, she is a very warn and gentle person, and "she makes our father happy". No, Diana never will be forgotten (and she definitely was no angel herself), she always will be the mother of these two great young men. In the end, one can blame antiquated and cold traditions, where people were used like chess figures, so personal tragedy was unavoidable. At least, love rules today, Camilla is mature enough to make it, and kudos to young Catherine, it takes some courage to give up so much of personal freedom for a life which is so strictly planned and reglemented, but these two love each other and that helps a lot. Harry, on the other hand, doesn't have the pressure of being the crown prince, he is always no. 2 and he is fine with it, the brothers get along very fine. But his love interests never where as appropriate as Kate, he is way more a wild child than William ever was. Everyone knows, that Harry really was in love with Chelsea, for him, she is everything he cannot be, a free spirit from Africa (which he loves so much), and she just does whatever she wants. She made it pretty clear, that, although she loves Harry, she also loves her life as it is, and she is not willing to sacrifice this, which is realistic and wise. So her very mature decision will avoid a lot of heatbreak. Modern times came to British royalty, finally and that's a good thing, but our english rose will never be forgotten.

Hated the dress from the first moment I say it. It totally enveloped her and all that showed was her head. Years later she admitted she hated that dress and wished it had been destroyed.

Diana was indeed beautiful but there is one thing I have to say, everyone thought her dress was beautiful when she married Charles. I personally thought it was the most hideous dress I have ever seen on a very public bride.

I don't think Camilla should have anything to say about the wedding for William & Kate especially since she is the one who broke up the marriage of William's parents and was going with Charles the whole time he was married to Diana, I don't know how William can have anything to do with Camilla, she is a evil home wrecker and caused Diana so many problems, I don't think Charled should ever be King either, it should be passed on to William, Cammilla does not deserve to be a Queen, she did too many bad things to Diana and all she wanted was to be Queen, she should have divorced her husband and married Charles and Charles should never have married Diana while he was still having a romance with Camilla. I don't think William should ever forgive her or be nice to her after all the grief she caused his mother.
