  I wish she didn't have plastic surgery. She looked so much better without surgery. Plus if Spencer loves her soo much why would he let her change herself like that. She obviously has self confidence issues. Poor girl hopefully it won't be as bad when the swelling goes down.

  She just had surgery so it can take up to 6 month for some parts of the face to heal completely. I hope she feels happy and confident and that she has a lot of support in her life so that she feels more inward confidence and doesn't feel the need to change herself. She looks gorgeous now she looked beautiful before. Come on people show some love for pete's sake!

  I can't believe someone can do this to there face, look in the mirror and think that it is beautiful. WOW.. She looks like a miniature Joan Rivers or cat woman. Whatever happened to natural beauty, she had it, but sadly now she has lost it. I don't care what industry you are in her face is frozen. Clearly she suffers from low self esteem or insecurities.   bobbi i totally get you! i feel the same but when im sayin shes prob laughing is because of the big i told you so she is going to dish to heidi in the next couple of years! i belive lc is a nice person, she doesnt have the hollywood ego and thats why i liked her in the hills its just a sin heidi isnt the same she was a small town girl and now she is ruined by the cameras the hollywood fame, surgery and spencer pratt! one day heidi will learn and it will be too late for her looks! who needs botox at 23!

  Lisa, having watched Lauren Conrad and all the others, first on "Laguna Beach" then when they moved to Hollywood and did "The Hills" I got to know quite a bit about what kinds of people many of them are for the most part, though I realize no one ever REALLY acts natural when a camera is in there face, but I am pretty sure that LC is NOT "pissing herself laughin lookin at that pic and saying a big I TOLD YOU SO! to herself." I think Lauren is most likely crying and feeling really sorry for Heidi, the girl who used to be her best friend and whom she loves very much I think. LC is not evil or vindictive and never was, and had Spencer never come along, the two women might still be friends and we might not be having this conversation. Anyway, I think Lauren is VERY hurt to see Heidi destroy her body, probably to suit Spencer (which I think will backfire), and also because Heidi got caught up in the Hollywood scene of big breasted, cookie cutter blonds to such a severe degree. LC was a good influence on Heidi, which is why Spencer sabotaged THAT friendship right off the bat.
