The lawsuit, filed by Lopez, accuses Noa and another defendant, Ed Meyer, of producing and marketing the proposed film. The singer claims such a project violates a settlement agreement the former couple entered into in 2005. (They divorced less than a year after they were married in 1997.)
In the suit, Lopez said that Meyer sent her attorney an email stating that he purchased from Noa the "exclusive rights" to more than 11 "hours of previously unseen home video footage." This footage, Meyer allegedly said, showed her in a "revealing lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [their] honeymoon."
