But God's Word tell us in Proverbs 28:13 that "He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." and that proverb applies to everyone on this earth, including famous talk show hosts :) ------------------------------------------- Shut the Fuck Up Elaine! The ONLY reason that Letterman came clean was because that guy had EVIDENCE of his many indiscretions! Letterman had no other choice but admit his affairs BECAUSE MANY women were willing to come forward! I bet your dumb ass was the same person who was screaming that we should forgive Jimmy Swaggart after it was REVEALED that he was slipping his "sausage" to hookers! Get a life and a clue! Stupid fool.

  i guess the only person who should really be judging or worried about letterman's staffers is his wife. he's only been married 5 years. leno making fun of him - SO WHAT? that's what they both do...they make fun of each other and i would be every penny I will ever make that if leno was in this situation letterman would have already had a top 10 about it...and it probably wouldn't have been very funny. cuz I don't think either leno or letterman are funny...they are both jerks.

  Letterman has always struck me as an @$$. He has never been funny...minus the top 10 list. There has always been something perverted about him. Well, I guess it was his secret 'flings' with his staff...while dating/marring and having a child with someone else. Our kids are screwed up because we laugh away or excuse this behavior. Whether we or someone else is doing it...there is always some 'good' reasoning for it. In turn, our kids grow up thinkin this is proper behavior. Letterman is a jerk.... he deserves to be strung out by his zipper and have his poor wife and child knock some sense (and morals) into him.

  Dave hasn't been funny in years. But what is funny is that this guy's idea of "protecting his family" is to keep his bad behavior a secret. Um, actually, I think I'd call that protecting yourself, and your family as an afterthought, because I hardly think that there is anyone who would blame his family for his indiscretions. Oh yeah, Dave, you're a real hero. But I think most people's idea of "protecting their family" is something a little bit different.
