Joe Manganiello is a man of many talents: actor, director, Sofia Vergara-wooer, and male stripper. Much to the delight of fans everywhere, the ripped True Blood hunk showed off his aptitude in the last category on national television on Tuesday, July 15.
Manganiello, 37, caught up with Conan O’Brien this week and started chatting about his Magic Mike character Big Dick Richie. The talk show host, 51, commented on the importance of a good stripper name, and asked Manganiello to brainstorm a pseudonym for him.
The two settled on Big Red, a viking-costumed male stripper who can “pillage your village.”
Once he had his onstage persona, O’Brien wanted to pick up a few moves. “Is there a move you could show me?” he asked Manganiello. “It would be great if you could show me a move.”
After considering whether to take the plunge, Manganiello went for it, getting up from his chair and busting out his stripper skills.
“Alright, okay, fine,” Vergara’s new boyfriend conceded. “If you’re gonna make money as a male stripper, the move is the body roll.”
