Chris Harrison, make this happen! Nyle DiMarco is fresh off his Dancing With the Stars win, but that doesn’t mean a return to reality TV is out of the question. The deaf model joked about throwing his hat in the ring to become the next Bachelor during Us Weekly’s Facebook Live session on Wednesday, May 25.
“I mean, I don’t know. Let’s see if they reach out to me and see what happens,” DiMarco, 27, told Us, just hours after he won the Mirrorball Trophy on the season 22 finale of DWTS. “We’ll see what happens. I think it’s funny because it would be kind of awkward to have an interpreter involved during the whole thing.”
He joked: “[The fantasy suite] would be a triangle.”
The America’s Next Top Model alum is very much single. Last year, he came out as sexually “fluid” on Twitter. He posted a link to an article that described how sexually fluid people are attracted to more than one gender.
DiMarco isn’t ready to settle down just yet, though. “It’s not one of my priorities. I’ve been so busy lately,” he told Us. “It’s been career first.”
Nevertheless, the hunky star knows what he’s looking for in a partner. “I think they have to be independent. I think that’s the most important,” he said. “[And] be able to communicate and be outgoing and love to go out.”
