Johnny Depp worked with costume designer Dana Lyman to create his heartthrob character Glen Lantz in the 1984 horror flick. "I was scared and lost," Depp told YM about his first film, which actor Nicolas Cage helped him get. "Fortunately [director] Wes [Craven] was very patient and gentle. He didn't mind when I asked him stupid questions like, 'What's action?' "
