Thank you Brad for giving to New Orleans, they sure needed it. Hopingly our country will get help also for the less fortunate from others that can give them help. If i was in his shoes and had the money these people have i would be doing the same thing, but unfortunately im in the same situation as alot of others in our country. Cant afford to even adopt a child like i would love to. I cant have kids so i enjoy the kids i come in contact with and enjoy it very much, just wish i could do more. May God bless you Brad and keep up the good work. You are a super nice guy.

Brad Pitt is doing a good thing here. He didn't have to do it. He can't fix all the problems in the whole world. Someone else with more money than they can hope to spend in a lifetime needs to stand up and help. What has Kim K done to help improve the world she lives in? The money for her engagement ring would go a long way to help the under priviledged, not to mention what she plans on spending on a wedding dress. And what about Snookie? 64 mil for that bimbo last year! Don't bag on Brad for what he is doing...bag on the bimbos from what they AREN'T doing.

In our prayers, we also ask God to share in spirit what we have with those who don't have. Brad Pitt is doing that in bone and flesh. More grease

Glad the guy is doing something for New Orleans, they need the help. A$^holes like Spike Lee just try and use a documentary to villify The Bush administration. Rather than donate to the cause he has to blame others. Racist A%$hole!

Congrats for the good work you are doing to help mankind in your homeland. Would you consider to reach out a token for a worthy cause in the third world (developing countries. Here we are faced with so many problems like lack of clean drinking water. A borehole in a village (like in my village) would be God send. Please help us!! Xtine

Brad - I highly applaud you for the work you are doing to help improve people's lives. I wish there were more people like you that give back to the people in our country when needed. Without you there would be a lot of people homeless. God bless you & Happy Holidays - Sandi Hadley

Why does this idiot get all the credit when a lot of other people have worked so hard and not received a bit of praise. the only difference is, is that they are not looking for it.

It's about time Brad helps his homeland and the people who made him rich. The money came from his twins photos and us, the American public.

True, Katrina needed lots of help. However Haiti lost everything. Government and hospitals. They are in more need then New Orleans who has a stable government to lead the way to recovery.

While there is no disputing that the people of Haiti need help, it seems like there was far less support for Katrina. Maybe more celebrities can donate in the homeland! Maybe it is assumed that the U.S. can take of its own, but it irritates me when more effort is provided elsewhere.

A noble cause but it is so bothersome that we never hear news of help for the real victims of Katrina...the people in the Alabama and Mississippi coastal areas. They were literally blown away while New Orleans was a victim of a residual flood caused by antiquated levies that had money over the years fro repairs diverted to corrupt politicians and political operations. And still all of these years after Katrina New Orleans is still an area that has not even cleared the debris from that flood. They continue to place blame and wait instead of doing what any other free person would doâ?¦get over it and get going. The flood was due to that community failing to respond in prevention for decades. They did not even try evacuating knowing what was coming. Many were sitting in bars celebrating as the decayed levies were breaking down. Until you have faced the utter ferocity of a Category 5 hurricane head on, get over it and get going.
