  I believe that his birth day is not rare since he was born on a 9 of September but not on a number 9 year since this year is a number 2 year. If you know what I am talking about you would understand. But I guess he is lucky since he was born 9/9/09 but it is not rare. NB: My Uncle is a Numerologist and an astrologist.
