Ralf - It's wonderful news that you've been tested negative for four years now. I'm still very skeptical that there is a cure . . . only treatments to reduce the viral count to very low and undetectable levels. I will continue to research and cross my fingers that your treatment is what you say it is . . . a cure.

Pam Anderson began filming the new comedy Blonde and Blonder this month in Vancouver. But a source close to the bombshell tells Us Weekly she and husband of nearly three months Kid Rock, 35, are working on a more important production: a baby.
“Pam and Kid have talked about it for a long time,” says the insider. “Kid wanted to get back with Pam partly because of this, but she didn’t know he wanted a child. They are trying really hard right now.”
One person from whom they most likely won’t be receiving a nursery gift? Anderson’s ex-husband, Tommy Lee, 44. A pal of the rocker says Lee (with whom Anderson, 39, has two sons: Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8) “wanted to have a daughter with Pam and reconcile when she left for Europe and got married. That is why Tommy is so upset.” (Reps for Anderson, Rock and Lee all had no comment.)
Talk to Us: Do you think Pam and Kid would be fun parents?

Again. There IS a cure for Hep C. I know about it, because I had that cure done (interferon + ribavirine combinated therapy). It's been a quite hard therapy, but I'm negative since almost 4 years. Nobody on earth knows by this time weather it's gone forever or it might come back, the therapy exists only for about 10 or 15 years. New, more efficient molecules are on their way and will be available during the coming years. There is no vaccin for Hep C for the moment (there is for Hep A and B). Hep C can be passed from mother to child but the risc is very low (about 2 or 3 percent something). Kind regards from France.
Umm, they ALREADY are parents and by all accounts good ones so that point is rather moot. As long as she has discussed all the potential complications for herself and the would be baby...
She definitely looks way better with less make up. I hadn't seen a pic of her like that for so long I forgot that she was attractive.
Not A Fan Of Pam's But I Do Think They Will Be Good Parents
SCARY!!!!!
Yes indeed you are correct, anon- I am a registered nurse, and there is no cure for HepC.
Stephie.
i have a relative with HepC , there is NO CURE..even the CDC says so. the treatment can lower the viral load in your blood to undectable levels but it is NOT a cure.
once you get HepC you have it for life. cant even get a liver transplant if you have HpeC because it will attack the new liver.
the treatment can put it in remission but that is not a cure. it can come back full blown at any time.
I think she would make a good Mom, as for Kid being a good dad i'm not so sure i haven't heard much about his son.

there is NO cure for HepC.
you can get treatments that lower the virus but once you have it you have it forever. it can be passed to a baby also.
and there is NO vaccine for HepC.
Actually yes there is a cure for HepC with the use of two antiviral drugs together called inteferon alfa-2b plus ribavirin. and no vacc, my bad, i got the combination vacc HepA and HepB. I know it's boring but i like to get my facts strait...
LORETTA: GO GET A PERSONALITY. GK had a right to say what she did..why was it hurting you?
I think they would suck as parents..they are too self-absorbed and focused on being naked, stoned and drunk.
By the way, if Pam claims that Tommy Lee gave her hepetitis, why would she be able to bear another child????NOPE. Not with the strain of it that she has. It would be too hard on her organs. Also, why wasnt it played out in the media that Tommy himself had it?? This b**** needs therapy. I do not respect her for playing Kid and Tommy for so many years, waiting for "One" of them to grow up so she could figure out who she would play house with. She sucks. Her looks are failing, too. Awwwww, poor big boobed monster!
we dont even know if this is true or false it could be a rumor it is hollyweird you know but i do know they are devoted parents to there children and image aside if that is what they want and they know the risks then more power to them
GK your a DORK. " My boyfriend thinks she's hot." Ugh, no one cares what your loser boyfriend thinks of Pamela. I'm sure he does think she's hot because you MUST be ugly.
Her kids are going the way of anna nicole's, she should be made infertile.
my boyfriend thinks she's hot...i personally think she's used goods...(but that could be the jealousy speaking)
I think they would be good parents. She seems to be very devoted to her boys as does he and he seems to be a great dad to his son from a previous relationship. I think that a lot of what the public sees is that celebrity persona that they have and none of us know what these two are like away from the cameras and with their children. I think they would be good parents and I wish them luck.
Yuck! A mini- Pam or mini- Kid. Geeze the last thing this world needs.
regardless of the HepC, they should not re-produce
Has Pam Anderson ever been in a good movie or good TV show? How can anybody call this woman an actress? She has zero acting talent and all of her TV shows and movies suck! I don't even know why she's so famous or why she has even one fan. The woman does absolutely nothing!
there is NO cure for HepC.
you can get treatments that lower the virus but once you have it you have it forever. it can be passed to a baby also.

I heard ya D&B. My mom used to pluck her eyebrow so thin, and then touch it up witha makeup crayon. I told her (not to be nasty), that it looked ridiculous... but unfortunatly her eyebrows don't grow anymore :) If they left the eyebrow the way they were they wouldn't have to draw it with a pencil!!
Thanks for the info, Stephie! I figured it could be passed from mother to child but didn't want to spread anything that *might* not be true. So you've cleared that up.
That is one of my biggest pet peeves...women who make their eyebrows look like church windows. Ugh! Don't they know how unnatural that makes them look? Might as well just pluck them all out and draw a line with a crayon!
Danf it posted twice :(
Hepatitis C can be transfer from mother to child. I t is cureable and 5 out of 10 persons can be cured with the right medication therapy. I hade to get vaccinated because i was studying to be a nurse...
Hepatitis C can be transfered from mother to child. but a person that is infected with the virus can also get treatment that is effective in 5 out of 10 persons. I had to have a vaccine for my nursing course... so we read about it. And i think Pam looks like Mimi when she has all that make up, what's up with the super arched brows??
Yes, I believe she is infected with Hepatitis C. Don't know if this passes to a baby or not. I'm sure she is aware of the risks.
Good morning everyone!
I agree, pam is so pretty when she is natural..the boobs and the make up totally makes her seem trashy when she could've had such a christie brinkley image had she went the right direction. BUT, her choice..she does seem cool though and into her boys and life. So , to each his own !
