The Summer I Turned Pretty

The Summer I Turned Pretty is a coming-of-age series created by Jenny Han, who wrote the book trilogy of the same name.

Lola Tung stars as Isabel “Belly” Conklin, who finds herself in a love triangle with childhood friends Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher, played by Christopher Briney and Gavin Casalegno respectively, as their families reunite to spend the summer at Cousins Beach. Jackie Chung plays Belly’s mom, Laurel Park, and Sean Kaufman plays her older brother, Steven Conklin. Rachel Blanchard stars as Conrad and Jeremiah’s mom, Susannah Fisher.

The Summer I Turned Pretty premiered on Prime Video in 2022 and season 2 debuted one year later. The show was renewed for a third season in 2023.
