When it comes to her ever-evolving hairstyle, Demi Lovato is never satisfied. On Tuesday, March 12, the "Heart Attack" singer shared a picture of her "new hair" with her 12.4 million Twitter followers.
The self-snapped shot shows Lovato rocking a shoulder-length cut and side-swept bangs. The singer, who most recently sported long brunette locks, has dyed her hair black, blonde and red in previous years. The 20-year-old has also been known to dye her tips blue and pink.
Lovato addressed her frequent hair makeovers in a recent interview with The New York Times. "That was just like, 'What can I do next? I'm bored,'" she explained. The X Factor judge also admitted that she "became addicted to eyebrow pencils" in the last year.
The "Give Your Heart a Break" chart topper is currently gearing up for the release of her untitled fourth studio album, slated for a 2013 release.
"With my earlier songs I hadn't figured out who I was musically yet. It's a process. You evolve over time, and you never nail it. But now I have a pretty good idea," Lovato told The New York Times. "I have a better sense of who I am as a musician."
Lovato, who hit it big with roles in Disney Channel's Camp Rock and Sonny With a Chance, added that music is her No. 1 priority. "I feel like I have too many tattoos to go back to acting," joked the star, who has been inked in 24 different places.
