The 42-year-old Hunger Games actress’ daring new haircut is a marvel to behold: It’s shortest behind her left ear — almost a crop — and gradually lengthens until it hits chin-length on the right side. The cut also boasts a bright blonde hue.
Banks, who shares two sons with her author husband, Max Handelman, also rocked a gray sweatshirt, black pants and mint sunglasses on her casual outing.

While she’s long rocked a shoulder-length lob for quite some time, the Pitch Perfect 2 director is no stranger to a bold transformation! Banks played Effie in the Hunger Games series, which called for pink wigs, butterfly fascinators and lots of Alexander McQueen.
