Brunette bombshell!

January Jones debuted a rich chocolate-brown hue while out and about in L.A. Monday, Nov. 19. The naturally-blonde Mad Men star -- who most recently tried out a strawberry hue -- never hesitates to experiment with new shades, her colorist Jennifer J. (of Juan Juan Salon in Beverly Hills) says.

"We've done so many colors," Jennifer tells Us Weekly explaining that she used a permanent shade from Wella Professional's new line, Illumina, on her client. "She's been pink and rose gold and red and blonde and all sorts of colors. We're just going through all the different colors!"

Jones' latest look "is a great change and it was fun," the stylist (who also works with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson) shares. "We did her brows too, so it looked really pretty on her . . . She's just so game!"

Although the single mom to son Xander, 14 months, is used to life as a blonde, "She's so brave and she loves doing different things. One time, seven or eight years ago, we made her whole head bubble gum pink! It's fun to do color changes, especially with somebody who looks good in everything," Jennifer says.
