Maybe it's a "girl next door" thing with Upton? Like the thick middle and scrawny legs offset the nice boobs, pretty face just enough that she looks attainable to guys? I mean, if she were the average girl on the street she'd be hotter than most. But she's supposed to be a lingerie and swimsuit model, not a cashier at your local grocery store!
