Kim Kardashian, who's currently pregnant with her second child, revealed on her website on Tuesday, Nov. 24, that her baby son is breech and she may need to get a C-section.

"I'm writing this blog while up at 4 A.M., a little anxious for my delivery as I'm entering into my 36th week of pregnancy," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, wrote in a blog post titled Heads Up! "I've surrendered to the placenta issues and actually haven't been thinking too deeply about them lately. However, my latest concern is that my baby is breech, meaning he's in the wrong position for childbirth. His head is still up and it's supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section. Or so I thought!"

The mom to little North West, 2, stayed up for part of the night researching alternatives. "I've learned that you actually can deliver a breech baby and I feel fortunate that my doctor Paul Crane is one of the few doctors that still does this. They just don't even teach it anymore," Kardashian shared. "Paul was my mom's doctor and delivered me! So I know I'm in the best care." Click here for a closer look at Kim's second pregnancy

In the interim, the reality star said she would do whatever it takes to get her son to turn. "Since my baby is pretty big—over 7 pounds—maybe he's just too big at this point but I started intensive chiropractic work with Dr. Elliot Berlin. He is 'the' pregnancy chiropractor! I've learned so much from my few sessions with him," she shared. "I have been doing everything I can to try to turn the baby. I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes. I play music in the right position and ice my belly in certain spots to get him to squirm out of the breech position. I even started acupuncture where I burn moxa (mugwort) on my pinky toe every day! I am even attempting hypnosis!"

Kardashian shared some statistics to put things into perspective. "I guess 4 percent of women are faced with this—so, lucky me!" she shared. However, her mom, Kris Jenner, who had six kids, and sister Kourtney, who gave birth to three kids, are unable to help her with the breech situation.

"It's been hard because I usually go to my mom or Kourtney for baby and pregnancy advice, but they both—with nine total pregnancies!—have never experienced one of these crazy things. I'm doing the research myself and want to share with you what I know," Kim continued. "Obviously, if it's an emergency and for the safety of my son, I will get a C-section—but if I don't need one, I'd rather not."

Overall, the situation involving her son's safety has caused distress for the pregnant star. "Please wish me luck and pray the baby turns!" Kim wrote. "This whole delivery gives me anxiety, not gonna lie. I hope the baby turns and all goes well but I'm prepared for anything!"

Kim has shared many details about her pregnancy woes after Us Weekly exclusively broke the news she was expecting her second baby with Kanye West. "I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL!" Kim wrote last month in another blog post. "I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it."

As reported by Us Weekly in the most recent issue, Kim — whose due date is around Christmas — is planning on getting induced closer to Thanksgiving. "Kim's doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history," a source told Us
