Bad blood? No way! Kristin Cavallari visited VH1's Big Morning Buzz, hosted by ex Nick Lachey on Thursday, March 20. The pregnant-again star didn't mention their brief romance — they briefly dated in 2006 after his split with Jessica Simpson — but she did poke fun at something they share in common.
After Lachey, 40, congratulated Cavallari, 27, on her second pregnancy, she declared, "Camden's going to be a great brother!"
The host quickly interrupted, feigning surprise.
"Wait, your baby's name's Camden? I had no idea!" he joked.
"Yeah, I didn't think you had a clue!" she played along.
A few weeks after Cavallari gave birth to son Camden in 2012, Nick and his wife Vanessa Lachey (formerly Minnillo) welcomed their first child, naming him Camden as well.
The former Hills star was quick to take notice. "Apparently Camden is a popular name!" she tweeted upon hearing the news. And after fans gave her a hard time, she clarified, "By the way that wasn't a bitchy tweet at all. I obviously love the name and I'm glad other people do too."
Not only are Cavallari and Lachey amicable exes, but she also has a special connection to the pop star's wife, a former MTV VJ. Big Morning Buzz films in the famous Times Square studio where TRL used to air, and when Nick asked Kristin if she'd ever made an appearance, she revealed a surprising fact.
"TRL was the first show I ever did, 10 years ago. I think Vanessa, actually, maybe interviewed me. Full circle!" she dished.
