Dominic’s big bash! Mario Lopez and Courtney Lopez are over the moon with their newborn son, and to celebrate the couple decided to introduce him for the very first time to extended family during a “Sip & See” party! The get together took place at Katsuya in Glendale, Calif. on Sunday, Nov. 17, two months after the parents welcomed their new addition.

The family posed for several photos at the bash together, including one with Courtney cradling their baby boy. With brown eyes and matching dark locks, the beaming parents have different opinions on where he got his good looks. “I think he looks more like my wife!” Mario exclusively told Us Weekly. “I have no idea because I look at him every day and it’s funny because there’s days when I think he looks exactly like Mario and other days where I don’t know who he looks like!” Courtney chimed in. “My sister says he looks like we smuggled him from Italy!”

Why did the pair ditch the traditional baby shower? “We waited to find out what we were having so I thought a shower was pointless before,” the EXTRA co-host explained to Us. “Plus, we didn’t want gifts, we asked guests to donate to charity. So we just thought it would be cooler to do this ‘Sip & See’ and celebrate the baby.”

“He’s the best baby,” Courtney, 31, gushed to Us. “He’s been sleeping until 9:30 until 5:30 in the morning! I am so blessed! I don’t even want to say it, I don’t want to jinx it! I think he listens to my prayers!” she laughed. Lopez, 40, added: “He’s such a good baby, he has my wife’s disposition. Very chill and complacent. As opposed to my daughter who’s a little more hyper and crazy like me!”

Mario and Courtney are already parents to daughter Gia, 3, but admit that it was a bit of an adjustment for their now-older child when Dominic first came home. “Initially she was a little bit reluctant to embrace him! She didn’t know how long he’d stick around!” Mario joked. After some time though, Gia started to come around. “She’s good now, she’s adjusting!” Courtney added.

The “Sip & See” party, sponsored by Nescafe Dolce Gusto, featured adorable treats and goodies for guests — including star frosted cookies, cupcakes, takeaway popcorn boxes, and a matching blue cake, which featured two boxing gloves and an edible cake topper that resembled their baby boy.

“We are so blessed. We can’t get over it. We’re so happy,” Mario told Us. Happy — and not done yet! The couple are already thinking about baby No. 3! “We’re going for a tie breaker! We have to see if we get a boy or a girl with that one and then we’ll reassess. [We’ll] see what happens!” the X Factor host admitted.

But for now, the next adventure the family will take together will be a trip to celebrate the couple’s first wedding anniversary, which is on Dec. 1. “We have a big family trip coming up a couple weeks after that. We’re going to Mexico with all our family where we got married,” Mario revealed. “It really goes by so quick!”
