Another boy for the brood! Real Housewives of Orange County veteran Vicki Gunvalson announced on Thursday, Jan. 9 that her daughter Briana Wolfsmith-Culberson is pregnant again — and having another boy!
"So excited! Just found out baby #2 is a BOY!" she shared with fans via Instagram, along with the hashtags #troybigbrother, #bestfriends and #footballplayers. The blonde insurance agent, 51, shared an image of her pregnant-again daughter, 26, son-in-law Ryan Culberson and the couple's 15-month-old son Troy. The adorable family smiles behind a bundle of six blue balloons marked with the words "It's a boy."
Neither Briana nor Vicki publicly acknowledged any second pregnancy before the latest tweet.
Briana, a nurse, is Gunvalson's daughter with first hubby Michael Wolfsmith, and sister to Vicki's eldest son, Michael. She has frequently been featured on Bravo's Real Housewives having heart-to-hearts with her mother. "Troy has opened my eyes to a whole new kind of love that I couldn't have imagined," she wrote in a Bravo blog post back in April 2013.
"I want to be the best mom that I can be for him, and with every decision I make, I have him in mind. I want him to be proud of me and know how much I love him," she said of her baby boy, who was born in September 2012 via emergency C-section.
"Having Troy has allowed me to feel more empathetic for my mom and how amazing she is as a mother," the mellow reality personality continued in her post. "Throughout my life she has always put my brother and myself first and was always focused on our happiness. If I'm half as good of a mom as she is, then I'll have done something right."
Indeed, devoted daughter Briana was featured in the most recent reunion of Real Housewives of Orange County confronting her mother's controversial on-and-off boyfriend Brooks Ayers. As Us Weekly revealed back in December, the series will return for its ninth season with two new additions: Elizabeth Rovsek and Shannon Beador, who will replace longtime castmembers Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino. Last year's newcomer Lydia McLaughlin, who joined the women for season eight, will also not be returning. Season nine's premiere date has yet to be announced.
