Now watch her Nae Nae! Steph Curry‘s 3-year-old girl, Riley Curry, showed her countless fans and admirers how to do the smash dance of the summer, Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae),” in a new Instagram video posted on Sunday, July 19.
The clip, posted by her mom, Ayesha Curry, features the sports scion in a green and white striped onesie. Little Riley sassily whips, sashays, and throws her arms up in the air all precisely on beat.
“This is 3!!! Happy birthday baby girl!” her proud mom captioned the clip. “Never a dull moment. You light up our lives and keep us on our toes. Mommy and daddy love you so much. Let’s celebrate!”
Her dad also marked the occasion via social media. “My baby is 3!! Great time today at he house celebrating what a beautiful and special girl she is,” the NBA star wrote, alongside a clip of his daughter meeting the Bubble Guppies. “Thanks to @nickelodeontv for sending the Bubble Guppies to the house for the birthday party! Riley was hype to say the least!”
Steph Curry’s daughter first stole the spotlight at her dad’s Golden State Warriors presser during the Western Conference Finals this past May. The little one adorably fidgeted on her dad’s lap and ordered him around, creating a sweet distraction from the typically cut-and-dried postgame interview.
Since then, the tot has become a superstar in her own right, most recently bringing her unique personality to the Kids’ Choice Sports Awards show in Westwood, Calif., last Thursday. She also became a big sister to a little sis named Ryan Carson Curry, born July 10.
In a blog post after Ryan’s birth, Ayesha shared the happy news with fans, and wrote that Riley was “completely enamored with her little sister and has taken on her role as big sister beautifully.”
