Beyonce took to the stage on May 15, 2013, after canceling the previous night's show due to exhaustion and dehydration.

Mrs. Carter does not disappoint! A day after having to cancel her Tuesday, May 14, show in Antwerp, Belgium upon suffering dehydration and exhaustion, Beyonce — ignoring doctor's orders — rocked the stage on Wednesday, May 15.

The "Love on Top" singer, 31, said that she wasn't going to let anything, including sickness, get in the way of her scheduled performance.

"Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world," she told the crowd, saying her fans' support invigorated her.

"I just have to say, I feel so good to be on this stage," she said. "I have the best fans in the world."

Feeling better and looking sensational, too. Wearing an all-white, pearl-encrusted form-fitting Ralph & Russo bodysuit during the show, Bey also set out to defy any pregnancy rumors — showing no sign of a baby bump with her fit physique.

Indeed, as Us Weekly exclusively reported earlier this week, sources close to Jay-Z wife's laughed off any pregnancy reports. "This rumor again?" an insider said. "Don't be silly."

Pregnancy rumors aside, Beyonce, mom to Blue Ivy, 16 months, was instead focusing on giving her fans the best concert she could.

"I just have to say that you all have given me so much inspiration," she told the crowd. "And I just want to thank you guys."
