Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' wedding in South Carolina was straight out of a movie.
Not only did the couple tie the knot on Sept. 9 in a top-secret ceremony at Boone Hall Plantation (where the tearjerker movie The Notebook was filmed), but the 25-year-old Gossip Girl star made sure her special day was filled with romantic touches.
Lively, a source tells Us Weekly, "creative bride with a clear vision of what she wanted." The actress walked down the aisle (strewn with pine needles by florist Ooh! Events) to Reynolds, 35, with a children's choir singing the Frankie Valli hit "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You."
The bride wore a one-of-a-kind couture Marches bridal gown with hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery. "The bride and groom looked ravishing," says a source.
Reynolds and Lively met on the set of 2011's Green Lantern. This is the first marriage for Lively, and the second for Reynolds, whose divorce from Scarlett Johansson was finalized on July 2011.
The couple were photographed the day after their wedding sharing a steamy kiss in Charleston, South Carolina. Lively proudly flaunted her huge engagement ring and wedding band.
