The not so sweet life. Debby Ryan was arrested for DUI on Tuesday, April 5, the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to Us Weekly.
The Suite Life on Deck and Jessie star, 22, was charged with felony DUI after being pulled over in Los Angeles on 1st St. and La Brea Ave., the LAPD says.
According to TMZ, Ryan allegedly crashed into another vehicle while trying to make a left turn. She reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .11, which is just slightly over the legal limit of .08.
The Disney star, who posted $100,000 bail, apologized for her actions on Twitter on Wednesday, April 13.
“Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement,” Ryan wrote. “I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone.”
Ryan’s rep could not be reached for comment.
