Giuliani got his mugshot taken after he surrendered himself to an Atlanta jail in August 2023. The former mayor of New York City was booked on charges that claim he and others attempted to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia after Donald Trump lost to President Joe Biden.
The rapper was arrested in August 2023 following a traffic violation in Miami, according to NBC News. Law enforcement booked 6ix9ine after discovering he was driving with a suspended license and had an outstanding traffic warrant.
The arrest came three years after he was sentenced to two years in prison on racketeering, firearms and drug trafficking charges.

Jussie Smollett was found guilty and convicted on five of six felony counts of disorderly conduct in December 2021, and in March 2022, he was sentenced to 150 days in jail followed by 30 months of probation. He was also ordered to pay over $120,000 in restitution in addition to a $25,000 fine.
The Empire actor was charged for making false reports to the police. In January 2019, Smollett claimed he was a victim of a racist and homophobic attack in January 2019 and was later accused of staging the incident. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and continued to deny orchestrating the attack, even after his sentencing.
The actor was arrested for public intoxication in January 2022, Us Weekly confirmed at the time. The Country Strong star was taken into custody in Franklin County, Tennessee, and released the next day on a bond set at $2,100 for the misdemeanor.

Police pulled over Carti for expired tags and allegedly found two bags of marijuana, three guns, Xanax, codeine and oxycodone inside of the vehicle, according to a press release from the Clayton County Sheriff's Office.

Lindsay Lohan's father was arrested for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife, Kate Major, in February 2020 after officials responded to a domestic complaint at his Southampton, New York, home. He was charged with "misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation (choking)" and second-degree harassment, according to police.
Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband was arrested in North Carolina in January 2020 for one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of a schedule I drug (which could include heroin, LSD, marijuana or ecstasy, among other substances). He was also hit with two misdemeanors: possession of a schedule II drug (which includes substances with accepted medical use in the U.S.) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ ex-fiancé was arrested in Natchez, Mississippi, on February 12, 2019, for possession of oxycodone, Xanax, lorazepam and drug paraphernalia. An arrest report obtained by Us stated that police found Aldridge “passed out” in the driver’s seat “with the vehicle still in drive.” He was in jail for four days, and later admitted to Us that his drug use has “been an issue for a while.”
The rapper was arrested and charged with battery substantial physical harm on February 2, 2019. The 31-year-old, whose real name is Shad Moss, had visible injuries on his face in his mugshot. Atlanta Police confirmed to Us that Bow Wow and the woman he allegedly assaulted, who was also charged with battery, both sustained “visible minor injuries.”
The Teen Mom OG alum was arrested on January 23, 2019, for theft and heroin possession. He reportedly ordered six whiskeys for a total of $36 at a bar in December 2018 and walked out without paying, which led to the arrest. The heroin possession charge stemmed from an outstanding warrant.
The 90 Day Fiancé star was arrested for domestic battery in January 2019 after getting into an alleged altercation with her husband, Colt Johnson. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer Jay Rivera told Us Weekly that authorities arrived at the couple's home and found that the software engineer was injured. "He had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied,” Rivera explained. The Brazilian reality star claimed she was the one who had been assaulted by Johnson, however, and posted a bloody selfie on Instagram with the caption, "Colt called the cops on me we argue." Dos Santos Lima was previously arrested for misdemeanor battery against her husband in November, but the charges were dropped.
The Glee alum was arrested and charged with a DUI in December 2018 after he allegedly crashed his car onto a sidewalk, which caused his airbags to deploy, and failed a field sobriety test. The actor was booked and taken to jail, but was released on $5,000 bail shortly after. No other vehicles were involved in the incident and no one was injured.

Prior to her arrest, she exhibited bizarre behavior on social media, changing her profile name to @helpmeimwithoutphone and writing, “HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME.” Colt Johnson, who met Dos Santos Lima online and proposed five days after meeting her in Mexico, later explained in since-deleted messages, “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and several (sic) depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist.” Dos Santos Lima was arrested a few months earlier on a similar charge, which was later dismissed.

Ravenel surrendered to Charleston police after a warrant was issued regarding an alleged incident in 2015 with his former nanny, who claims he was naked and tried to force her to have sex with him. According to TMZ, he was caught on camera changing the locks inside Legends Restaurant & Venue, which is owned by Brown’s friend Danny Boy. Avgeropoulos, who stars as Octavia Blake on The CW’s sci-fi series The 100, was arrested in Los Angeles for felony domestic violence against her boyfriend in August 2018. The actress, who was visibly emotional in her mugshot, was released on a $50,000 bond.
Us Weekly confirmed on August 6 that Weiss, who is best known for his role as Greg Goldberg in The Mighty Ducks film franchise, was arrested for public intoxication in Oroville, California. The former child actor, now 39, was booked into Butte County Jail. Weiss was previously arrested for possession of a controlled substance and petty theft in 2017.
The Migos rapper (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus) was arrested on July 20, 2018, after police pulled him over for making an improper lane change and discovered three weapons in his possession. The singer, who welcomed a baby girl with wife Cardi B earlier this month, was booked on four separate charges: possession of firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and improper lane change.
The porn star was arrested while performing at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio, on July 11. She was charged with three misdemeanor counts of illegally touching a patron. Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, called the arrest “a setup & politically motivated” in a series of tweets. He added that Daniels, who is suing President Donald Trump over a nondisclosure agreement about their alleged affair, plans to plead not guilty and “will vehemently contest all charges.”

The couple’s daughter, Ariana, then 2 months, was in the back seat of the vehicle at the time of the incident. Harley was released from jail the next day.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told Us that Locklear said she sustained injuries and was evaluated at a local hospital before being transported to jail. She posted $20,000 bail the next morning.
The Real Housewives of New York City star, 52, was arrested on Christmas Eve 2017 and charged with allegedly kicking a police officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person in Palm Beach, Florida. De Lesseps allegedly told people, "I'm going to kill you all," before her arrest. The charges come almost a year after the Bravo star married Tom D'Agostino Jr. in Palm Beach on New Year's Eve. They announced their divorce just seven months later amid rumors of D'Agostino's infidelity.
The Glee alum was arrested for domestic battery in West Virginia on November 25, 2017, after an altercation with her husband, Ryan Dorsey, at their home. The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office told Us Weekly that the actress and her husband had been arguing over their 2-year-old son, Josey, and that alcohol may have played a role in the incident. Dorsey claimed that Rivera struck him in the head and bottom lip as they were talking their son for a walk.
The Charmed alum, 44, was arrested after turning herself into police on November 14, 2017, for felony possession of a controlled substance. Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department previously told Us that there was a warrant out for McGowan's arrest after she allegedly left behind a personal item on a flight to Washington D.C. in January that, once examined, revealed traces of a narcotic substance. McGowan spoke out about the warrant, which came in the wake of her denouncing Harvey Weinstein and sexual harassment in Hollywood. "Are they trying to silence me?" she tweeted on October 31. "What a load of HORSES--T."
Lou Diamond Phillips was arrested in Portland, Texas, on November 3, 2017, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He failed several field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol concentration was 0.20 percent, more than double the legal limit. The La Bamba actor was transported to San Patricio County Jail and released on bond hours later.
The singer-songwriter was arrested for possession of marijuana on August 17, 2017. She was returning to the U.S. from Canada when her tour bus was stopped by Customs and Border Patrol. She told police she uses the drug to manage pain from cancer and pleaded not guilty.
Gordon was taken into police custody in Sanford, Florida, in June 2017, on suspicion of domestic violence and kidnapping his current girlfriend. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office confirmed that he was charged with domestic violence and false imprisonment. In 2016, Gordon was found legally responsible in then-girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown's civil wrongful death lawsuit.
Soules was arrested in Iowa after a fatal car crash on April 24, 2017. According to police, the season 19 Bachelor's pickup truck rear-ended a tractor trailer and the vehicles landed in a ditch. The victim was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Soules called 911 after the accident and told a dispatcher he wasn't sure if the other driver was breathing. He allegedly left the scene and was later handcuffed at his home.

Kennedy reportedly told police that the man he was fighting used a derogatory word against his friend. Robert Kennedy Jr. later defended his son's actions. "Conor has always reacted against bullying. I’m happy he stood up for his friend," he told The Aspen Times. "I’m very sorry it turned into a police incident. [Conor’s] not liking the attention."
The Academy Award winner was arrested for disorderly conduct in Atlanta on Apr. 19, 2013. Witherspoon's CAA agent husband, Jim Toth, was booked on DUI charges. The Walk the Line actress was briefly jailed after refusing to stay inside her rented car while Toth was being given a field sobriety test. Witherspoon later apologized for the incident, saying she was "deeply embarrassed" by her behavior.
The Melrose Place actress was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Sept. 27, 2008. Though a blood test detected no alcohol or illegal narcotics in Locklear's system, the district attorney argued that her prescription medications for anxiety and depression may have impaired the actress' driving ability. The TV star pleaded no contest to reckless driving and the DUI charges were dropped. Locklear was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a DMV driver safety class and a $700 fine.
The Parent Trap star was booked on July 24, 2007, in Santa Monica. Lohan was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and cocaine, in addition to reckless driving. Lohan was released on $25,000 bond. Since then, the actress has been arrested for a number of offenses.
On Nov. 5, 2007, in Chicago, the Transformers actor was repeatedly asked to leave a Walgreens store because he appeared to be drunk. When LaBeouf refused, security called the local police. The star was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and released on bail. LaBeouf's criminal charges were dropped in December.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was arrested for driving under the influence in L.A. on March 4, 2007. After violating her probation, the reality star turned herself in on July 18, 2008. Though she faced a maximum 30-day jail sentence, Kardashian spent less than three hours behind bars due to overcrowding.
The King of Pop was arrested on Nov. 20, 2003, in Santa Barbara on child molestation charges. Jackson was released after posting $3 million bail. On June 13, 2005, the "Man in the Mirror" singer was acquitted on all counts.
While on parole from a previous drug-related arrest, the Ally McBeal guest star was taken into custody on suspicion of being under the influence on Apr. 24, 2001. At the time, a police officer found the actor walking barefoot through Culver City, CA. Downey — who had traces of cocaine in his system — pleaded no contest to his initial arrest charges and was ordered to complete a drug rehabilitation program. He was also given three years probation.
