It’s really over for Mr. and Mrs. Eastwood. Dina Eastwood filed for legal separation from Clint Eastwood after 17 years of marriage, the Monterey County Herald reports. Filing papers in Monterey County Superior Court on Monday, Sept. 9, former newscaster Dina, 48, seeks spousal support from the Oscar-winning actor and director, 83, as well as physical custody of their daughter Morgan, 16 — although the former couple would share legal custody. Citing the documents, the newspaper also notes that the Hollywood pair will divide community and separate property as laid out in a “premarital agreement.”

Dina first broke the news to Us Weekly that she and the Million Dollar Baby director had amicably separated back in June 2012, and had been living apart ever since. (It was Dina’s first marriage and the second for father of seven Eastwood, who was first married to Maggie Johnson for over 30 years.)
