Giuliana Rancic is ready for her "badge of courage."

The 37-year-old E! News co-host will undergo a double mastectomy next week, followed by immediate reconstruction. "Listen, I love my girls, but I'm gonna feel more like a woman when this is all done," Giuliana said on The Wendy Williams Show Tuesday.

Joined by her supportive husband Bill, 40, Giuliana added that she thinks "scars are beautiful. I think scars tell a story."

The Style Network star was diagnosed with breast cancer in August; doctors initially treated the disease with a lumpectomy and radiation.

Though Giuliana admitted to being nervous about the upcoming procedure, she's doing her best to remain upbeat.

"They might come out looking even hotter," Giuliana joked. "You gotta have fun with this. We find the humor in everything. Bill helped pick 'em out. I'm like, 'Bill, that big? Really?'"
