Jamie Oliver didn't go easy on Gwyneth Paltrow when she taped an upcoming episode of his new TV British show, Jamie And Jimmy's Food Fight Club.

The show — which also stars famous foodie Jimmy Doherty — premieres Dec. 6 and features the Academy Award winner, 40, pigging out on a burger, fries and a milkshake while riding a roller coaster in Southend Essex, England.

"It's quite a frightening roller coaster, and for me, it was horrific — there was food flying everywhere!" Oliver, 37, tells The Mirror. "Gwyneth told me she trusted me so I probably pushed our friendship about as far as it could go. I think she had a really good time."

Oliver added, "She was very graceful, an amazing foodie and a good, good cook."

Though Paltrow is known for her health-conscious eating habits, the Iron Man 3 star reminisced about cooking with her late father, Bruce, in her 2011 cookbook, My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness.

"Grilling was my father's entre into cooking. He was very into hot dogs and burgers, and he was always very particular about the details, like using mesquite wood," she wrote. "When I was a little girl growing up in California, I would play outside while he fired up the grill. So whenever I have a barbecue, it reminds me of my childhood. And I just love the smell. It's a wonderful, very visceral way to cook."

The married mother of two continued, "Dad would make beef burgers and put the cheese on top. But I don't eat beef, so I make turkey burgers instead. And rather than melting the cheese on top, I stuff it inside. That's my little twist. It's delicious! Everyone in my family goes crazy for them.
