Jennifer Aniston has been a star for decades, and now she's got a spot on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street to prove it!

The actress, 43, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Wednesday. Aniston (in Chanel) was feted by her Just Go With It costar Adam Sandler, 45, and her Wanderlust costars Malin Akerman, 33, and Kathryn Hahn, 37.

Aniston's proud boyfriend (and Wanderlust costar) Justin Theroux, 40, looked on lovingly from the sidelines. He was seated beside his girlfriend's father, Days of our Lives star John Aniston, 78.

At a press junket for Wanderlust in Beverly Hills Friday, Aniston admitted that she was "extremely flattered, humbled, nervous and excited" to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

"It feels very surreal to be honest," Aniston explained. "I was born here and it's sort of something you went and saw as a kid and got excited about just walking and seeing the names. To imagine that you’re going to be there is really special. It's fun."

In July, Aniston took part in a hand and footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Her new film, Wanderlust, opens nationwide Friday.

@KC, actually, you still have to be nominated and invited to get a star. While you think it is worthless, you should listen to her speech. She is a Cali girl who wished she would be able to have her star on the walk when she was little, which definitely makes the star worth it to her, and she deserves it regardless of what you think of her movies.

A well-deserved honor for her. She joins one of her comedic idols, Carol Burnett, along with other greats like Humphrey Bogart, Fred Astaire, Don Ameche, Sidney Poitier, etc. What a great day for her.

She is just so awesome, geesh haters doesn't it take a lot of energy to continue to nit pick every little thing she does, says, wears, etc. She is doing great, let her be.

These stars are bought, not earned. She or the studio had to actually pay for the star and pay yearly upkeep fees. These stars mean nothing anymore, just a promotional tool. Lots of talented stars like Clooney, Roberts, Pitt, Eastwood, Redford don' t of stars probably b/c they see what a waste of money it is.

These stars are bought not earned! Aniston or the studio pays for the Star and then have to pay yearly upkeep fees. The studio bought her this star to promote her film that is tracking to flop this weekend. Lots of very talented celebs don't even have stars because they really mean nothing when all you have to do is pay for it. Her film career is not good enough for people to say she deserves it.
