Jennifer Aniston Snaps Up New Multi-Million Dollar NYC Pad

Jennifer Aniston's got some posh new digs!
The Hollywood Reporter says the Wanderlust star, 42, has reportedly snapped up a posh $9 million pad in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood.
Her new three-bedroom, 2,873-square-foot space -- which includes building perks like housekeeping, room and butler service and a membership to the luxe David Barton gym -- was listed through Prudential Douglas Elliman.

Maintenance fees alone are said to run over $11,000 per month, but it's worth it for this space, which THR says is the only unit in the building that looks out on Gramercy Park from the master bedroom.

Aniston will have plenty of places to crash when she's in New York City: This listing is the third multi-million dollar apartment she's snapped up this year.

15When you've earned money for the past two years doing films like "The Bounty Hunter," "The Switch," "Just Go With It," "Horrible Bosses" and the upcoming "Wanderlust," not to mention executive producing (and directing one story of) the breast cancer TV movie "Five," you can do whatever you want with it (within reason, of course). Jen is no dope; she has given time and money to various charities like Stand Up 2 Cancer and St. Jude's Children's Hospital (she does a PSA each year for the holidays). With the purchase of her new apartment she'll probably sell the one she's currently living in or rent it out and get a return on her investment. I love Jennifer and I look forward to seeing her back on the screen when her break from acting ends.
@ Danyelle..who cares. The thread is about Jen buying an apartment. Friends was Emmy nominated and Jen, way before Pitt came along. Go find a Jolie thread somewhere, under women who pimp themselves or their kids for money or PR..there are many. Good luck Jen!!
I'm just making a point, is all, how people will jump on one person, and idolize the other. Personally, I've never cared for Jennifer Aniston. She's an overpaid, overrated actress who's only big career move was to marry Brad Pitt and then spend years whining about it when Brad left her for something better. I've always been Team Jolie, and always will be. So have a nice day, everybody.

Jennifer has always been involved in charities, especially involving children with cancer. I like her, and wish her the best of luck.
Jen is a huge donator to many childrens charities including St Judes Hospital for children. She does a great deal of charity work with no PR for it. These properties are also an investment.
She's entitled to buy herself a home. Name 1 big celeb who doesn't have a multimillion dollar home, and not just one, but multiple homes. Jen actually gives money and time to multiple charities, but you have to go out of your way to find out where she donated to, cuz unlike other celebrities, she doesn't have a camera crew follow her around every time. And it was Jen who filed for divorce from brad, not the other way around.
It's Jennifer's money. She can do whatever she wants with it. She has worked hard for it. She should reap her rewards. And whoever said that all celebrities have to give to charities anyway? I'm sure Jennifer has given to plenty of charities. Remember the one with her ex? About saving the bears (Grizzlies)? Leave her alone.

Jen is always helping with Charities. She's a very caring girl. She's REAL.... Unlike William Bradleys new wife, who does everything she does for the cameras. If Jen wants to buy a million dollars worth of gumballs... So What. She's worked hard and should enjoy the benefits of her hard work. Non celebrities that are wealthy also buy tons of real estate.... Are they wrong? I didn't think so. Go Jen.
Oh come on Danyelle is just mad that Jennifer doesn't live and die for the press like her idol Kim Kardashian. You know, Danyelle - rumor has it - when Jennifer got married - her husband is the one who had to file for divorce like 5 years later. Their marriage was a mistake but they both tried to make it work out. Wow....and Jennifer didn't televise her wedding either.
