Jennifer Lopez is still a romantic at heart.
The 42-year-old appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman Monday, where she talked about her ongoing divorce proceedings with husband of seven years Marc Anthony, 43.
"I am going through a divorce right now," she admitted, not wanting to share too many details. "It's not final yet. It takes time."
The American Idol judge has been married three times -- to Anthony from 2004-2011, to Cris Judd from 2001-2003 and to Ojani Noa from 1997-1998. "I believe in love," Lopez admitted.
Despite their summer breakup, the parents of twins Max and Emme, nearly 4, have remained amicable while working on their new reality series, ¡Q'Viva! The Chosen.
"It's fun, because we know each other so well and we really work well together," Lopez said. "But it has its moments. The same things that we kind of . . . [what] didn't really work sometimes come up."
Such as? "You're talking and you don't agree on something, and then you're like, 'Oh, be quiet!' Lopez said. "You'll see it on the show a little bit."
