Jessica Alba Covers Glamour, Explains Why She Won't Do Nudity: Picture
Jessica Alba may have played a music video dancer in Honey and an exotic dancer in Sin City, but she won't go fully nude for any role.
The actress, 33, revealed in the June issue of Glamour the simple reason that she has refused to get naked during the duration of her 30-year acting career.
"I don’t want my grandparents to see my boobs," she told Glamour. "That's it. It would be weird at Christmas. And, I mean, really, if you look at the movies I have done, getting naked would never 'elevate' the picture."
Alba's prolific career includes action flicks like Fantastic Four, romantic comedies like Valentine's Day, and television series like Dark Angel. Her upcoming projects include the romance How to Make Love Like an Englishman with Pierce Brosnan, Salma Hayek, and Benjamin McKenzie, and the newest Sin City installment with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jaime King, and Bruce Willis.
The mother to Honor, 5, and Haven, 2, looks gorgeous on the cover of Glamour's early summer installment, wearing a white Isabel Marant tank top tucked into lightweight Brunello Cucinelli trousers. A pair of Azaara earrings stands out with the star's minimal makeup and jewelry.
In the issue, Alba also chats about her conservative upbringing, her lifestyle brand, and her views on feminism, among other topics.
