Exclusive: Jolie-Pitts Shower Mindy Cohn With Lavish Gifts

Fact of life: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie really value their pal, 80s star Mindy Cohn.
Last week, Us Weekly broke the news of their secret friendship, reporting that the Facts of Life alum, 44, is godmother to two of the couple's six kids and that the power couple even gave her a "huge diamond ring to thank her."

Now, an insider tells UsMagazine.com the ring is utterly "unbelievable," describing it as "four or five carats."
Says the source, "She wears it on her right finger."
When the awe-struck source asked Cohn about the rock -- solitaire with diamonds all around in a white gold setting -- Cohn replied: "'Brad and Angelina gave it to me.'"

Brangelina's generosity doesn't end there.
"She said she visits [the Jolie-Pitts] wherever they go," the source tells Us. "They pay for her airline ticket."

So, how did they become BFFs anyway?
Cohn (who is pals with Jolie's brother James Haven) has "known Brad for years for years," the source tells Us. "They are very close."

Angelina never said she didn't have any friends in her interview with Dr. Gupta. He asked her who she talked to about her UN missions and she said she talks to Brad because he's interested and that she doesn't have any friends she really talks too. No where in the interview did she say she didn't have any friends.
I don't believe it either. That's very strange!! I'm not a fan of Brad's anymore. It's Brad's fault that he cheated- she didn't put a gun to his head. She also does not seem very generous- she seems like she's full of herself. I maybe too- if i had her looks
Brad has a brother and sister. I wonder if they are considered for the others. This sounds odd. In a way it sounds like Mindy doesn't even know Angelina. Who knows, who these fakes know.

im the last person in the world to defend angelina (HATE her!) BUT i will say that in some cultures godparents are viewed and treated like family rather than friends.....
take a good look---not someone that brad could take a liking to (sexually) and so Angie feels safe with her being the godmother and being around her man.
