If you ask Julianne Hough, Ryan Seacrest is totally in the running for a Boyfriend of the Year award!
Dazzling on the red carpet at Sunday's Emmys in a seafoam green Georges Hobieka Couture strapless gown, Hough, 24, couldn't help but gush about the sweet ways her media mogul boyfriend of two years, 37, makes her feel special.

"It was for my birthday," Hough told Seacrest's E! colleague Giuliana Rancic on Sunday's Emmy pre-show about the most recent time her man wowed her. "I had picked out an outfit randomly [in a magazine], like 'oh, that's cute' and five months later, he had the whole outfit [purchased] in a [garment] bag. It was very sweet, very cute. He's actually extremely romantic."

Fashionista Hough -- who appeared Rock of Ages opposite Tom Cruise -- let her boyfriend offer his input on her Emmys look, but in the end, Hough's gut style instinct won out.

"Julianne, I do love that dress, but this morning you showed me two hairstyles and you went with the one I didn't choose," Seacrest told Hough -- who accessorized her look with a Judith Leiber clutch and Norman Silverman jewels -- after seeing her final red carpet look. "But [yours] was the right choice!"
