Is Justin Bieber wearing his heart on his tattoo sleeve? The 19-year-old "Boyfriend" singer stepped out in Stockholm, Sweden on Tuesday, Apr. 23, sporting a new tattoo on his left wrist that appears to resemble his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Bieber's new ink shows a woman with dark hair, a low cut top and angel wings. As X17 noted, the image looks very similar to a photo of Gomez, 20, shot for the July 2012 issue of Elle magazine.

The young heartthrob hasn't confirmed or denied the speculation regarding his new tat yet. In the May 6 issue of Us Weekly (on stands Friday), a source reveals that Bieber and Gomez kissed backstage at his Apr. 18 concert in Oslo, Norway -- but that doesn't meant they're dating again.

"They have a crazy connection," the Bieber pal said. "But they aren't back together." The couple first called it quits in November 2012 after two years together, and split again just before New Year's Eve.

When asked about her reunion with the Biebs in a radio interview on Apr. 24, the Spring Breakers actress said, "I'm in my twenties. I wanna have fun. I wanna enjoy my life and not have to worry about every single thing."

In addition to the new angel, Bieber also showed off a large tattoo of a tiger on his upper left arm. This reportedly brings his ink total to 14.

In a June 2012 interview with David Letterman, who lectured him about getting too many tattoos, Bieber said he likes to get ones that have a special meaning. "It doesn't not help the way I look." he argued. "Yesterday my [Believe] album came out and it was an important day for me. So, I got Believe . . . "
