Will Chris Harrison officiate?

Kaitlyn Bristowe's got her ring, but she also needs something blue! The Season 11 Bachelorette and her fiancé, Shawn Booth, are happy to finally just go out on a real date in public. But that doesn't mean they haven't already made a dent in wedding plans. The newly engaged couple opened up about where they may say "I do," and more during a press conference on Tuesday, July 28.

"I would get married [in Vancouver]," Canada native Bristowe said when asked if it's a possibility. Booth chimed in: "Either there or Vegas with Elvis, we're still trying to figure that out."

Bristowe gave Booth her final rose on the highly anticipated Bachelorette finale on Monday night. She had a tough time saying goodbye to runner-up Nick Viall, fan favorite Ben H., and others, but the personal trainer is who really had her heart — just ask her folks! Bristowe gushed that her family knew right away that Booth was the one during her hometown dates.

"I think it was just more of an eye opener. [They were] like, 'What are you doing? Obviously your connection with Shawn is stronger,'" she recalled. "And I'm more myself with Shawn. So it's just kind of nice to be taken back to the real world for a second with my family and see that they definitely saw what I saw as well."

The future Mr. and Mrs. Booth are focused on their relationship ("we don't see it not working!" Bristowe said), and are keeping their options open. Like Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici before them, the couple haven't ruled out a televised wedding.

"We would consider it," Bristowe said.

Booth added: "[It's] something we talked about for sure."

But don't count on it being taped near the ABC show's L.A. mansion. "We'd have to definitely sit down and have a conversation about it," Bristowe said. "I think we love the idea of having a summer home in British Columbia or Vancouver and living in Nashville. I think that sounds [like a] pretty big deal."

Another big deal? Meeting your future mother-in-law! Booth's mother, who didn't attend their hometown date, has yet to meet Bristowe.

"[I] definitely would love to introduce her to my mother within the next month at some point," Booth explained, "and just be able to hang out with each other and get to know one another."
